At Sanjay Flow, we respect your right to control the personal data associated with your use of our platform. In compliance with applicable data protection regulations and Meta Platform policies, we provide a straightforward process for requesting the deletion of your data from our systems.

This page outlines how you can submit a data deletion request, what information may be erased, and the expected timeframe for processing your request.

02. How to Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your personal data associated with Sanjay Flow services by contacting us directly via email. To help us process your request efficiently, please include the following in your message:

• Subject Line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Full Name: The name associated with your account or interaction.
• Email Address: The email address used during registration or contact.
• Phone Number: The WhatsApp number associated with your interactions (if applicable).
• Description: A brief description of the data you would like deleted, or a request for complete account erasure.

03. What Data May Be Deleted

Upon receiving a valid data deletion request, the following categories of information may be permanently removed from our systems:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and any profile data stored in connection with your Sanjay Flow account.
• WhatsApp Messaging Data: Phone numbers, message logs, WhatsApp Flow submissions, and any interaction metadata processed through the Sanjay Flow application via the WhatsApp Cloud API.
• API & Integration Records: Access tokens, webhook configurations, API transaction logs, and integration settings associated with your account.
• Communication Records: Support correspondence, contact form submissions, and feedback records linked to your identity.
• Technical Logs: Server-side request logs, error reports, and diagnostic data that can be reasonably attributed to your usage.

Note: Certain data may be retained where required by law, necessary for fraud prevention, or needed to resolve ongoing disputes. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you personally may also be retained for analytical purposes.

04. Processing Timeframe

We aim to acknowledge all data deletion requests within 48 hours of receipt. The complete processing and removal of your data from our active systems will typically be completed within 30 calendar days from the date your request is verified.

In certain cases, the processing period may be extended if:

• Additional identity verification is required to protect against unauthorized deletion.
• The request involves complex data relationships across multiple integrated services.
• Legal or regulatory obligations require us to retain certain records for a defined period.

We will keep you informed of any delays and provide an estimated completion date.

05. Identity Verification

To protect the security of your data, we may request additional verification before processing a deletion request. This ensures that deletion requests are made by authorized individuals and not by unauthorized third parties. Verification may include confirming your email address, phone number, or other account-related credentials.

06. Meta Platform & WhatsApp Data

Sanjay Flow processes certain data through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. Please note the following:

• Data stored and managed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (such as WhatsApp message delivery records on Meta's servers) is subject to Meta's own data retention and deletion policies.
• We can only delete data that is stored within Sanjay Flow's own systems and databases.
